What We Are Looking For
This is a people management position with core responsibilities to provide an efficient and effective Payroll and Pensions experience to our internal customers, new employees, and ex-employees.

We require an individual who has the ability to retrieve, assimilate, manipulate and utilise information. It is essential to have experience of working to strict deadlines and who can accurately process and calculate a variety of information according to standard procedures.

You will need to be a good communicator, have a positive outlook and recognises the importance of providing excellent customer service internally & externally. You will have a proactive, solution focused approach to tasks and be able to organise workload in order to prioritise well. You will need to be organised in this role, accurate and have good attention to detail.

What We Offer
The position is being offered Full time, 37 per week spread across 5 days.
The position is a hybrid-based role and will require you to be based at our offices in St Helens for a minimum 1 days per week out of 5 days with the remaining as home working days. Free parking is available.
