Liverpool City Council (LCC) are seeking to recruit a permanent part time (14 hours p/w) Outreach Family Support Worker to the Early Help service. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to make a real difference to the lives of our children, young people and families!
Sound exciting? The successful candidate will join our phenomenal team of Outreach family support workers within Early Help, providing a strength based approach to support our vulnerable children and families and help them to achieve positive outcomes.
Liverpool Early Help utilises a strength based approach to provide empowering, interventions to children and families to help address emerging worries and affect positive change to improve the longer term outcomes of children and young people. As the lead professional you will coordinate support with our multi-agency partners to ensure that a whole family approach is taken to address the identified needs of the family.
