Liverpool City Region Combined Authority

Our vision is for a fairer, stronger, cleaner Liverpool City Region – where no one is left behind.

The Combined Authority is led by Metro Mayor Steve Rotheram and brings together Liverpool City Region’s six local authorities – Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens and Wirral – to tackle the big issues that matter to us all, together.

Using our powers and funding devolved from national government, we work together to make investments in areas that have a real impact on our communities, such as transport, employment, culture, digital and housing.

Our aim is to make real difference to the lives of the people living and working in the area - creating jobs, equipping people with the skills they need to succeed, growing our economy in a way that benefits everyone, and connecting people and businesses via transport, digitally and through greater fairness, equality and culture.
