Our Team:
Our dedicated ICART team act as the first point of contact for members of the public and professionals who have concerns about a child. ICART is a multi-agency team bringing together colleagues from social care, early help, education, health, and the police.
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join us as an Administration Officer. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the service. Working in a fast-paced yet supportive environment, you will provide essential administrative support and help the team respond efficiently to an ever-changing demand.
You will be primarily based at Municipal Building, with flexibility to work on a hybrid/agile basis.
Hours: 37 per week
Your Contributions:
Some of the main responsibilities of the role include:
- Maintaining and updating manual and computerised filing systems for accurate record-keeping and retrieval
- Monitoring the main inbox and loading referrals onto our internal system (Eclipse)
- Organising internal, external, and multi-agency meetings (scheduling, agendas, room bookings, minute-taking, and follow-up actions)
- Providing word processing and general administrative support (letters, reports, presentations, filing, photocopying)
