Do you have the skills and experience to provide high-quality administrative, financial and customer support within a busy operational environment?
We are looking for an organised and reliable individual to deliver efficient operational administrative support across a range of service areas. The role involves supporting income recovery processes, maintaining and updating operational and maintenance systems, ensuring accurate record keeping, and responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
You will provide a flexible, responsive and customer‑focused service, working closely with colleagues to support the day‑to‑day delivery of operational services.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience of working in an administrative and financial environment, strong communication skills, and good practical experience of using Microsoft Office applications. You will be able to manage competing priorities, work accurately, and contribute positively as part of a team.
