About the Role

This position is offered as a 9-month cover, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to our team and deliver key employee engagement initiatives over the coming months.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about employee engagement, with a proactive and collaborative approach. You will play a key role in coordinating the organisation’s employee engagement activities and support and advise employee networks.

You will:

  • •Develop and implement creative and inclusive engagement activities to strengthen engagement, inclusion, development, and belonging across the organisation
  • •Work in partnership with key teams to design and deliver impactful employee engagement activities
  • •Use data and insights to evaluate activities, inform decision making and measure success of engagement activity
  • •Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to inform engagement activities and build on best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • •Develop and implement creative and inclusive engagement activities to strengthen engagement, inclusion, development, and belonging across the organisation
  • •Work in partnership with key teams, such as Communications and Marketing to design and deliver impactful employee engagement activities
  • •Use data and insights from engagement opportunities to evaluate activities, inform decision making and measure success of engagement activity
  • •Compile engagement data reports to monitor engagement activity and produce any trend analysis across directorates and service areas
  • •Introduce innovative initiatives to strengthen engagement, inclusion and belonging across the organisation
  • •Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Employee Network Leads and external partners to inform engagement activities and build on best practice.

 

About the person

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about employee engagement, with a proactive approach and strong people skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, creativity, and a commitment to driving positive change.

You will be able to work collaboratively within a team, provide evidence-based advice, and deliver impactful interventions. Relevant qualifications and experience in organisational development are desirable, and a willingness to further develop professionally is highly valued.
