Transport Network Performance Team Leader

About the Role

As Transport Network Performance Team Leader, you will lead and support operational teams to deliver high-quality transport performance activity across the Liverpool City Region. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff performance and training, and respond to network disruption and incidents.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and support key transport initiatives. You will provide out-of-hours operational cover, and champion continuous improvement to ensure a professional, agile, and customer-focused service.
