Attendant

Civic Attendant – Bootle One Stop Shop

The successful applicant will assist in the smooth running of the Public Waiting Area and ensuring the day to day upkeep of the building. This will cover a wide range of duties including the provision of general security, emergency cleaning and porterage services. They will be required to lock and secure the building at the end of each day. Excellent interpersonal skills are required, as is the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

The post is based at Bootle One Stop Shop, Stanley Road, but the post-holder could be asked to work in any Civic Building, for which training will be provided.

The post is part time (22.5 hours per week) and is a permanent contract. It will be fixed afternoons (1pm to 5:30pm) Monday to Friday.

The attendant uniform must be worn at all times.

Some overtime may be required.

Closing Date - Wednesday 6th May
