Digital Delivery Co-ordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for an organised, digitally confident Digital Delivery Co‑ordinator to join our Customer & Operations team and support the smooth coordination of services across the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA).

This is a central coordination and business support role, combining operational activity such as meetings, reporting and service information management with the use of digital tools to improve how this work is delivered. Working closely with the Digital Project Lead (Customer Services) and colleagues across Customer & Operations, you’ll help ensure information is accurate, timely and accessible, supporting effective decision‑making and service delivery.

If you enjoy working at the heart of a busy service, keeping things organised, and helping teams make better use of digital systems, this role offers a varied and rewarding opportunity.

This is a hybrid role. While flexible working arrangements are supported, the role will require a regular office‑based presence in Liverpool to support meetings, collaboration and service coordination.

What You’ll Do:

As Digital Delivery Co‑ordinator, you’ll provide coordinated administrative and operational support across Customer & Operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • •Coordinating and servicing key meetings, including scheduling, preparing papers, recording actions and supporting follow‑up
  • •Supporting the coordination and reporting of performance information using established digital systems and dashboards
  • •Preparing clear, well‑structured reports and presentation materials for senior meetings and boards
  • •Maintaining accurate service information, documents and content across internal systems and intranet platforms
  • •Providing diary and administrative support for senior managers within Customer & Operations where required
  • •Supporting the maintenance of financial, audit and staffing information by ensuring records and data are accurate and up to date
  • •Using digital tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and reporting platforms to improve information sharing and consistency
  • •Supporting agreed digital improvement activity by helping teams adopt clearer, more efficient ways of working

This role does not involve line management but works closely with colleagues at all levels to support effective coordination and delivery.

About the person

You’ll be well organised, adaptable and comfortable working across a range of activities. You’ll enjoy supporting others, managing information, and using digital tools to make processes clearer and more efficient.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • •Experience providing business, administrative or operational support in a busy service environment
  • •Confidence coordinating meetings, reports, documentation and performance information
  • •Strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft 365 applications and collaborative digital systems (e.g. SharePoint, Teams)
  • •Ability to produce clear reports, presentations and written information for a range of audiences
  • •Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • •Good communication and relationship‑building skills, with the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels

Desirable:

  • •Experience supporting performance, financial or audit‑related reporting
  • •Experience using digital reporting tools or dashboards (e.g. Power BI)
  • •A working understanding of how digital tools or automation can improve administrative processes

Why Join Us?

  • •Be part of a forward‑thinking organisation serving communities across the Liverpool City Region
  • •Work in a varied role at the centre of Customer & Operations activity
  • •Develop your digital and coordination skills in a supportive team environment
  • •Flexible and hybrid working options to support work–life balance
  • •Access to learning, development, wellbeing support and a generous benefits package
