About the Role
This role is essential to the Active Sefton Retention team, providing administrative support across six leisure centres and services for over 12,500 fitness members. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, customers and members via telephone and email, responding to enquiries and supporting access to the Active Sefton Fitness offer.
The role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple email inboxes and ensuring timely responses
- Inputting, maintaining and updating member data accurately
- Supporting the monitoring of trends and service performance
- Prioritising and organising workload efficiently
- Handling sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Using Microsoft Office applications confidently, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering high standards, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to support Active Sefton services and programmes.
