We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Senior Human Resources Officers to join our HR Operations Team.
About the Role:
The roles will be aligned to a directorate within the Council and will report to a HR Business Partner. The Senior role is crucial in supporting and leading on key HR activity as directed by the HR Business Partner, further driving corporate priorities, being a point of escalation and ensuring strong organisation of the aligned services work requirements.
About the Candidate:
We are looking for a strong understanding of employment law, conditions of service and HR policies and procedures, along with the ability to plan and prioritise work, whilst being flexible to the changing demands of the service.
You must have experience on working with challenging employee relations cases, whilst working and developing positive relationships with key stakeholders. These will include trade unions, managers, school leaders and external partners.
You will have experience and can evidence supporting in the development of HR policies and procedures and have knowledge of working on wider HR Projects across multiple work remits.
Above all, you'll be passionate about delivering an excellent HR service and delivering fantastic things for our employees and residents.
