About the Role
As a Generic Social Worker within Adult Social Care, you will:
▸ Work with adults with a wide range of needs, including mental health, physical disabilities, older adults, and carers.
▸ Complete strengths-based assessments and develop person centred support plans.
▸ Undertake safeguarding enquiries, applying professional curiosity and sound judgement.
▸ Work collaboratively with health partners, voluntary agencies, carers and families.
▸ Promote independence, wellbeing and choice, in line with the Care Act 2014.
▸ Contribute to a positive team environment where learning and reflective practice are encouraged.
