Casual Operations Assistant
Netherton Activity Centre is seeking to appoint a motivated and customer-focused Operations Assistant to join our team on casual basis. This is a key front-facing role based within a busy reception area, supporting the day-to-day operation of our facility.
You will play an important role in delivering high-quality services to the public, ensuring all visitors receive a welcoming, professional, and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of front-of-house and reception service
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all customers and visitors
- Handle cash and card payments, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately
- Respond to customer enquiries both in person and via telephone
- Operate a computerised till and booking systems
- Set up and take down equipment for activities and events
- Undertake ad hoc cleaning duties to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
