Social Worker - CSC CHAT Team
About the Role
We are looking to recruit a curious and inquisitive practitioner who wants to achieve the best outcome for children and families in Sefton. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage a complex and varied workload based in the front door team within Sefton Children’s Services, being the first person a family or partner agency will speak to, you will demonstrate curiosity and understand of risk to ensure the needs of children and families are prioritised.
You will be working in a supportive, fast-paced team, alongside partner agencies to make decisions on the intervention, support and help needed. You’ll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team committed to safeguarding and improving outcomes for our most vulnerable residents.
