Liverpool City Council Adult Social Care Department are seeking two experienced and driven leads to help support the development and implementation of service improvement, change initiatives and improved service plans to meet corporate and directorate objectives. 

The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in addressing current challenges, enhancing capacity and capability across the directorate, and supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care initiatives. 

The role:

  • The role of Assurance & Improvement Lead will support the development and implementation of service improvement plans to meet objectives.
  • You will contribute to the strategic direction of services through identification of needs, workforce profiling and demand forecasting.
  • In the role of Assurance & Improvement Lead you will lead on the co-ordination of CQC Inspections.
  • You as the Assurance & Improvement Lead will have substantial experience within a quality and improvement setting and/or adult’s social care environment and a proven track record of successful improvement delivery. 
  • You should have experience of successful partnership working with a range of internal/external partners and organisations to achieve positive outcomes. 
  • You will have a proven track record of working in an improvement, performance and quality assurance culture and achieving good quality work within the team. 

This role is fixed term for 2 Years
