Experienced Social Worker - Fostering

Knowsley Children’s Social Care is seeking to recruit an Experienced Social Worker to work in the Fostering Service on a full time basis within the fostering recruitment and assessment team.

The role will require to complete specialist mainstream and kinship fostering assessments, private fostering, step parent adoption assessments and special guardianship assessments.

You will have excellent assessment skills to support the completion of the above assessments in a timely manner. 

You must be qualified and professionally registered as a social worker, have knowledge of current legislation and regulations, have demonstrated their experience and abilities in respect of working in partnership with children, young people, families and partner agencies.
