If you're a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional looking to develop your expertise across a broad range of employee relations and employment law matters, this could be the next step in your HR career.
As one of seven dedicated HR Casework & Investigations Officers, you'll provide trusted advice and support to managers across a variety of Council services. You'll also have the unique opportunity to lead disciplinary and grievance investigations, gaining valuable experience that's distinctive within local government HR.

At Knowsley Council we will consider requests for flexible working. For this role, the following types of flexibility are usually possible: flexible hours, working from home, compressed hours, part-time. There is a requirement for you to attend your work base at least 1 day per week with approximately 2 further days each week attending meetings as and when required, with potentially up to 2 days working from home.
