HR Business Partner
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional looking to broaden their experience through involvement in a varied range of workforce projects, organisational initiatives and operational HR activities.
As an HR Business Partner, you will support the delivery of key people priorities across the Council, working collaboratively with managers and colleagues to implement practical solutions and positive workforce outcomes. Alongside project work, you will provide professional HR advice and guidance on a range of employee matters and contribute to organisational improvement activity.
