Senior HR Business Partner
2 x Senior HR Business Partner (Grade I) - Human Resources
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a supportive and collaborative HR team, working across a diverse range of services and contributing to key workforce priorities across the Council.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a leading role in supporting managers to address complex people challenges and deliver positive workforce outcomes. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, you will provide expert advice and guidance across a broad range of employee relations matters, support organisational change activity and contribute to the delivery of workforce initiatives and improvement projects.
The role offers the opportunity to apply your professional expertise in a varied and rewarding environment, building strong relationships with managers and helping to deliver practical people solutions that support both employees and services across the Council.
The closing date for this vacancy is Sunday 6th September
