An Exciting New Chapter at Larkfield
An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join the team at Larkfield. With a newly appointed
Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher leading the school into a fresh chapter, this is an
inspiring time to join our community. We are looking to appoint two warm, adaptable, and
dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistants.
We are keeping the specifics of these roles flexible. Rather than pre-determining exact class
placements and hours, we want to meet a broad range of candidates, learn about your
unique strengths, and shape the roles around the expertise and availability of the right
individuals.

What Larkfield Offers
 A Fresh Vision: Be part of an energising journey under supportive new leadership.
 A Strong Team Ethos: Join a warm, collaborative staff team with fantastic support
systems in place to help you thrive.
 A Wonderful Community: Work alongside brilliant families and a genuinely
supportive local community.
 Flexibility: Role assignments and working hours (full-time or part-time) that can be
tailored to align with your skills and background.

What We Are Looking For
 A Level 2 Teaching Qualification (or equivalent relevant experience).
 A passion for nurturing children's academic, social, and emotional growth.
 Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive team-first attitude.
 Openness to working across different key stages or targeted support areas depending
on school needs and your skillset.

Due to the nature of the work the above post is exempt from the provisions of the
Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and relevant care/safeguarding legislation and
appointment will only be confirmed if a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure is obtained from
the Disclosure and Barring Service. The Prohibition of Teachers List will also be checked.
Please note that in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education requirements, online
searches will be undertaken for all shortlisted candidates.
