FIXED TERM FOR 18 / 24 MONTHS

Family First is an innovative family support service working with families who have multiple/complex needs. This is a growing team who are looking for experienced and motivated Case Managers who are driven to support families in making positive change.

Successful applicants will need to be able to assess, support and review the needs of children and families within Knowsley via a whole family Early Help Assessment, formulate a Family Plan, deliver and co-ordinate appropriate interventions. All while following the Signs of Wellbing approach.

The applicant will need a nationally recognised professional qualification relevant to the service that includes accredited knowledge of children and young people’s development (e.g. Youth Work, Social Work, Teaching) or equivalent experience.

At Knowsley Council we will consider requests for flexible working.  For most roles, the following types of flexibility are usually possible: flexible hours, working from home, compressed hours, part-time.
