Pathway Leader
Liverpool City Council are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced curriculum-specific ESOL Pathway Leader: To complement a successful team within our Adult Learning Service.
The Service provides vocational and community learning, employability, and wellbeing courses alongside English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), English, maths and Digital Skills for adults who are 19+.
The Service is aspirational, and this new role will serve to strengthen the already dedicated team. The successful candidate will work to provide a range of highly effective teaching, learning, curriculum and learner support services that enhance the learner journey and lead to success for the residents of Liverpool. You will work collaboratively with other teams and service areas so effective communication, strong digital skills and teamwork will be key.
Liverpool City Council is a flexible, family-friendly authority. All staff will have agile kit that will enable them to work remotely in any setting to complement our face-to-face delivery across a number of Adult Learning Centres in Liverpool.

Our Adult Learning Service is seeking individuals who:
- are flexible and creative

- have experience of working in an adult education setting
There will be a need for flexibility around working hours, including evenings and weekends.
