Casual Leisure Coach 2
Casual Leisure Coach 2 - Based at West Kirby Marine Lake.
About the Role:
Wirral Leisure Services are seeking to recruit a number of Casual Leisure Coach 2’s to deliver instructor led sessions as West Kirby Marine Lake. In addition, we require Senior Sailing Instructors to oversee the summer activity programme.
Hours are variable depending on the activity programme.
About the Candidate:
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are committed to delivering the best service to our customers. Candidates must have a passion for outdoor learning and hold at least one of the following instructor qualifications as a minimum:
- RYA Senior Sailing Instructor
- RYA Dinghy Instructor
- RYA Start Windsurfing Instructor
- RYA Powerboat Instructor BC/UKCC Level 1 Kayak Coach or Paddlesport Instructor ASI/BSUPA (or suitable equivalent) L1 SUP (stand up paddleboard) Instructor
All candidates should hold a valid 1st Aid qualification.
The ability to provide safe, effective, and fun sessions that meet the needs of our customers is essential. Candidates should be able to confidently communicate well with both adults and children.
