Experience of work with SEND pupils and small group teaching and intervention support would be valuable for the role, but not essential. In addition to this, experience of teaching phonics through the Read Write Inc programme  would be desirable, but not essential. Please highlight your experience of working directly with pupils with SEND and / or Key Stage Two in your application.
