Team Leader - Street Lighting and UTC

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional to assist the Highway Asset Manager in the efficient and effective running of the section. You will be expected to lead a team of technical staff over a variety of service areas with a specific focus on Street Lighting, Urban Traffic Control and Development support services (Hardware and Software). You will need to be qualified to degree level in a construction related discipline or have considerable experience at an appropriate level in one or more of these fields as an equivalent.

Your principal duties will include providing service delivery leadership, management of multiple high profile/value projects and management of the team to deliver this function and service to the Council and residents of Sefton.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in Local Government Highways management including dealing with Elected Members at all levels.
