The Streetworks team are responsible for ensuring Halton’s Highways meets its obligations under the New Roads & Street Works Act and in the effective delivery of the Halton Permit Scheme. Ensuring compliance with regulations, codes of practice and local procedures. Co-ordinating works and other activities on the highway network. Streetworks Inspectors are responsible for carrying out inspections of utility companies, contractors and other 3rd parties working on the Halton highway network.
