Graduate Building Surveyor

We are looking for a recent Graduate with a Building Surveying degree to take schemes from inception to completion, you will be expected to complete designs and specifications, take part in the tender process, complete planning applications and ensure compliance with building control etc and liaise with stakeholders. The work you will be undertaking will be rewarding, varied and exciting. It could range from improving the education offer by increasing school capacity, creating a sustainable environment following Knowsley’s declaration of a climate emergency, improving the local town centre offer by contributing to major regeneration programmes or improving the health and wellbeing of our communities by creating spaces for Health Care provision. We are looking for someone who is willing to push the boundaries to achieve our goals and an individual who is passionate about working for and improving Knowsley.
