Personalised Resource Co-Ordinator

The role of a Personalised Resource Coordinator is to support the short break service by way of administrative support, maintaining and implementing spreadsheets, using excel, word etc.

You will maintain records on budget forecast, spread sheets and payment sheets, support monthly Short Break Panel meetings byway of minute taking, distribution of referrals to attendees.

Our Personalised Resource Coordinator will work in partnership with the direct payment team using CONTROC system.

The post holder will be required to follow up the issuing and payment of invoices, including the tracking of credits and debits.

The role will be based at Croxeth Childrens Centre, Parkstile Lane, L11 0BQ, as this is a part time role the salary will be reflective of this.
