Head of Children's Performance and Systems

We want to recruit an experienced Head of Service Performance and Systems to join our leadership team to drive, motivate, support and inspire our workforce. You will report to the Director for Practice Improvement and Development and work with the Heads of Service for QA and Improvement, Workforce Development and Learning, Operational Development and Safeguarding partnerships to create a strong system to enable good practice to flourish.
You will have the drive and passion to deliver excellent services and improve practice quality and standards, to ensure a positive difference and brighter future for our children and young people and their families/carers.
The role
- Through your expertise in performance and systems you will drive the provision of clear accurate and translatable performance information and data, turning insight into knowledge so that everyone at all levels within the organisation can clearly understand and know how management information drives continuous performance and practice improvement.
- You will provide clear leadership and strategic direction and oversight of information assurance, setting high-level strategy and policy, to ensure stakeholder confidence that risk to the integrity of information in storage and transit is managed pragmatically, appropriately and in a cost-effective manner.
- You will promote strong multi-agency partnership working to ensure effective information sharing and joint working, you will be experienced in being able to robustly challenge and support internally and externally to ensure compliance with procedures, policy, and good practice.
- You will take a major role in external inspection preparation and delivery of identified objectives and have the ability to confidently influence and negotiate your creative and innovative solutions at a senior level.
