Concierge
Role Overview:
As Concierge you will be required to provide a high standard of customer service as front of house and first point of contact for the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.
Duties will include greeting and signing in guests, conducting any security or identity checks, whilst delivering exceptional assistance. The role requires you to undertake wider reception, mailroom and portering duties, such as, answering and fielding telephone calls, booking and setting up meeting rooms, overseeing deliveries, and signing for package, acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints and overall providing a welcoming environment for all staff, tenants, and visitors.
Key Role and responsibilities:
. Support the day-to-day operational building management of No 1 Mann Island.
. Ensure effective and efficient building facilities to both internal and external clients, including cleaning, catering, maintenance, and event management.
. Provide exceptional organisational skills and methodical approach to a dealing with the varied needs of the guests.
. Offering a warm and professional welcome to visitors and entering their details into the visitors’ log.
. Overseeing the safe keeping of the builders’ keys to allow access for maintenance of the building y reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings.
. Display excellent communication skills and an ability to always maintain, a positive attitude and professional tone.
. Acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints.
.Liasing with housekeeping and cleaning staff to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
. Strong customer, focus, putting visitors at the heart of everything we do.
. Competent and proficient in all IT systems and applications, in the Microsoft Office Suite.
. Flexible approach to work schedules and environment to maintain service delivery.
. Experience and understanding of Health and Safety.
. Commitment to learning and self-development.
. Experience of working to corporate governance/ compliance policies/ procedures.
. A commitment to LCR and an understanding of its stakeholders.
