Project Manager (LEVI)
Role overview:
An opportunity has arisen for three Project Managers to support the Liverpool City Region (LCR) through its investment in electrical vehicle charging infrastructure. Working within the Place Directorate and alongside the wider Liverpool City Region Combined Authority team, to deliver the Climate Action Plan and the ambition for Local Area Energy Planning across each of the six local authorities.
The successful post holder will have an opportunity to positively influence the development of public electric vehicle charging in the city region, liaising closely with the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles, Energy Savings Trust and constituent local authorities.

This is a 2 year fixed term vacany.
Key role and responsibilities:
- •Supporting the LCR’s Local Electrical Vehicle Infrastructure programme. Ensuring delivery within time, cost and quality parameters.
- •Preparation and update of LCR’s EV Infrastructure Strategies.
- •Working in multi-disciplinary programme teams with shared goals and objectives.
- •Support developing and maintaining project management documentation.
- •Forging collaborative relationships with key project stakeholders.
- •Supporting the procurement of external services.
Required skills and knowledge:
- •You will be qualified to Degree or HND/HNC level in a relevant discipline e.g. Civil Engineering / Transport Planning / Project Management and have relevant experience post qualification.
- •Membership of a related professional body is considered a desirable addition.
- •Whilst knowledge of EV infrastructure would be an advantage, you will be enrolled on to a national training programme and be supported by a local government support programme.
- •A commitment to the LCR and an understanding of its stakeholders
