The successful candidate will join our team of therapeutic social workers who provide bespoke therapeutic interventions to children and young people who are working with Early Help services. The aim of the support is to improve the emotional wellbeing, self-esteem, confidence, family relationships and resilience of children and young people.

The therapists work alongside Outreach Family Support Workers who are supporting vulnerable families, to ensure a whole family approach is implemented. Our Therapeutic Social Workers build and deliver targeted support to help the child or young person speak openly about their difficulties with their relationships and any adverse childhood experiences that have impacted on their wellbeing.

You will join an innovative Early Help service and be supported by a very committed, hardworking and friendly team. We offer a generous pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, a structured support programme and a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

If you feel you have the experience and drive to make a positive change for children then Liverpool is the place for you.
