Facilities Operative
Liverpool City Councils, Corporate Landlord Business Unit are looking to recruit a Facilities Operative to work across the Corporate Landlord Estate.
As a Facilities Operative (also known as a Porter) you will provide a range of portering and other building related services to the council’s operational premises, this includes Administration, Children Services and Adult Services Buildings.
The role will require Extensive Driving Experience, Manual Handling, Office Moves, Opening and Closing of Buildings, Small DIY repairs. You must have basic problem-solving skills along and good interpersonal skills are also necessary for interacting with building occupants and other cleaning staff.
This role requires you will be to work 08.00 - 16.00 daily Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend and bank holiday working if required.
