Project Manager
Experienced Project Manager required to work on a variety of Council projects.
Halton has a small Project Management team who deliver a wide range of projects from multi million pound new builds (the new leisure centre project which is on site being a good example), to much smaller maintenance projects, and everything in between. The majority of projects are delivered in conjunction with external consultants but you will manage projects from inception through to completion and will be an integral part of the design team.
We are looking to hire 2 new team members.
Halton has a wide ranging property portfolio from, including office buildings, libraries, community centres, a theatre an arts centre, a stadium, sports facilities and many more.
You should be RICS qualified and have experience in project management, ideally client side. You should be enthusiastic and a team player and be willing to get stuck in to a variety of projects.
