Do you know what it takes to achieve Good or Outstanding practice in social work? Are you an experienced social worker or team manager with a passion to continually improve practice to ensure excellent outcomes for children and young people?  You will be required to promote and develop an improved understanding of audit and quality assurance to embed a culture of continuous improvement as part of a reflective approach to practice.

We are looking for someone who can lead on translating audit findings into learning and development programmes, working closely with organisational development, practitioners, managers, and operational leads to implement changes required to ensure improvements are maintained resulting in high practice standards. As a Practice Improvement Manager, you will be someone who can work alongside all staff across the 'whole service' to support a culture and environment of learning together to lift and improve practice, providing open, transparent and objective dialogue across all levels of management surrounding practice and service delivery.

For this role you will be required to produce high level reports in respect of Quality Assurance and Practice Improvement including delivering presentations, briefings (virtual and live) and supporting practitioners with one-to-one mentoring sessions.
