Finance Assistant - Sandway Homes Ltd

Sandway Homes is a small housing developer working in Sefton in Merseyside with ambitious plans to develop high quality new homes and sustainable and vibrant communities across the Borough.  Established in 2018 and with a strong board of Non-Executive Directors and the support of the Council, our Phase 1 programme is now on site, which will deliver high quality homes for sale, plus affordable housing options working with our development Partners.

The Finance Assistant role is responsible for providing independent finance support, advice, challenge, and assist with the strategic financial planning and forecasting to Sandway as we continue to deliver our programme of growth in the coming years.

The postholder will be the lead day to day point of contact for all finance matters and will need to work closely with the head of finance to ensure a robust finance function.

In addition, you will be responsible for assisting in the compilation of all statutory accounts to Companies House and will be expected to maintain working practices to bring about efficiencies within the business relating to the financial management processes.
