Service Manager Employee Support
Sefton Council is seeking to recruit an experienced Service Manager Employee Support to lead the delivery of Employee Support which includes a Business Support Team and Payroll and Pensions processing for the Council, Sefton Schools and Commercial Clients.
The role sits in Corporate Personnel, based in Magdalen House Bootle and this role can be a mixture of office based and home working.
This role reports to the Chief Personnel Officer and is key in ensuring the Employee Support Team are motivated and developed to the necessary standards and is responsible for the management of the team who administer the Midland HR, ITrent system and Payroll and Pension processing.
Excellent people management, leadership experience and proven ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team is essential. You will be expected to make a significant contribution to the development of your teams and the ITrent system.
