Senior Administrator
We are currently seeking a Senior Administrator to join our team based at Sefton Professional Development Centre (PDC) in Formby. No two days are the same and you'll be working with a small, friendly and supportive team.
The successful candidate will work 36 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks.
The role:
As Senior Administrator, your role will be to provide an efficient and effective administration service including reception and hospitality duties. You will also be required to deputise for the Centre Manager in their absence.
It is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multitask, work flexibly and has a 'can do' approach to work. They must also be able to work independently, as part of a team and to be discreet when working with confidential and sensitive information.
Key duties covering two main areas include:
Administration

Provide an effective support service which incorporates all aspects of administration.
Processing and composing correspondence, record keeping, data input.
Handling and recording the day-to-day Finances, ICT, Health & Safety, Housekeeping.
Liaising with staff, collating information, and coordinating with relevant parties.
Hospitality
First impressions count and you will ensure all staff and visitors are welcomed to site in a friendly and courteous manner.
Be responsible for the preparation of training rooms with refreshments for all events throughout the day.
