Community Care Worker

 Halton Borough Council require a Community Care Worker, to work in their Mental Health Team.  

The Mental Health Team is responsible for the delivery of person centred support and an asset/strengths based support planning for Adults over the age of 18 years who have an enduring mental illness.  

Halton Borough council’s expectations are high and you will need a strong commitment to providing first class person centred care to Halton.

You will have a recognised Social Care Experience, within a Care Management team or a social Care setting,  good interpersonal and communication skills, a flexible approach and a willingness to continually improve your practice; in addition, you must hold a full driving licence.

You will receive a car user allowance and a flexible working week. You will receive up to 34 days annual leave per annum access to the Local Government pension scheme and a commitment to your on-going professional development.
