About the Role

Join our friendly and forward-thinking team in a new role as a Business Systems Analyst and contribute to our ongoing success in Customer Delivery. At the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA), we prioritise the customer experience and are committed to delivering excellence in all that we do.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and support digital transformation, analysing a variety of business systems and business processes for efficiency and automation, making best use of resource and delivering recommendations for continuous improvement including developing a suite if management reporting tools. You will also support in the delivery of ticketing apportionment and concessionary travel reimbursement


About the person

We are seeking someone who enjoys working with data and systems and has strong numerical skills with good attention to detail. Experience in using a range of business systems including ICT (Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft PowerBI preferable), and data processing and analysis systems is required.

An ability to collaborate with other members of the Customer Delivery team as well as internal and external stakeholders is required. We are looking for someone who can manage their own workload with the ability to plan, prioritise, and make dynamic decisions alongside excellent communication and presentation skills.

Recruitment Stage One
