High Needs Learning Support Assistant

Flourish FE is a post 19 SEN provision for young people with very high needs who cannot be placed in appropriate alternative provision within the borough.

Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve the best outcomes for their adult lives.

Do you have previous skills and experience in an education or care setting with particular experience of 1:1 support and working with SEN/High Needs.

Do you enjoy working with young people and are you prepared to deliver 1:1 support for students in all elements of the curriculum, including community access, community activities, life skills; and when required personal care. Driving college vehicles for transportation is required.

If so, you may be the perfect candidate for this role.
