Qualification – Level 3 Business Administrator
Hours - 36 hours
Fixed term – 21 months
Salary - NMW age dependent (breakdown per age group as below)
· Age 16-17 £ 12,370 per annum (£6.59 per hour)
· Age 18-20 £ 16,631 per annum (£8.86 per hour)
· Age 21+ £ 22,113 per annum (£11.78 per hour)
Apprenticeships are high quality, work-based training programmes for people who want to develop their prospects and career. The programme provides work-based training to young people and adults who want to learn new skills and gain qualifications while working.
Sefton Community Equipment Services are looking to recruit an Apprentice who is committed and motivated to complete the 21-month programme.
Your duties will be to provide general administrative support to the Service, Maintenance and General Business Support teams. This will include client and health professional liaison via telephone, email and all correspondence so must have excellent communication skills. Data input and producing notes/reports upon request, analytic skills and attention to detail are required for this.
You must have the ability to accurately input information into databases and spreadsheets, manipulate this information to provide summary information. Also, with training, to use specialist ICT systems to run reports, whilst maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to data protection. Also to actively promote the Community Equipment Service.
This post will be based at Sefton Community Equipment Services, Aintree Business Park, Ormskirk Road, Aintree, L9 5AY.
