We are seeking an Environment Projects Assistant to join our Environment Services Division.

You will be responsible managing information systems for the monitoring of payments relating to contracts. You will also be responsible for providing technical support, information and reports to officers within the Division. Your other key duties will include raising purchase orders, securing certification of invoices and liaising with contractors and external service providers as necessary to deal with enquiries.

With previous experience of using Microsoft office and maintaining financial management and other information, you will have the ability to interrogate, organise and present data.  You will be self-motivated, with excellent organisational and communication skills and have the ability to work effectively when using your initiative as well as co-operatively as part of the wider team.
