Lunchtime Supervisor – 2 Posts

Introducing ourselves:

English Martyrs Catholic Primary School is a larger than average primary school with 460 pupils currently on roll (including Nursery), situated in Litherland, south Sefton.  

Job Requirements:

To start as soon as possible.

The Governors are seeking to appoint 2 x Lunchtime Supervisors who are enthusiastic and totally committed to maintaining the high standards already established and becoming part of a hardworking team.  The successful candidate would be required to supervise pupils during the lunch period, in the dining hall, playground areas and school premises, ensuring their safety, welfare, physical and mental well-being and the maintenace of good order and discipline.

The successful candidate will be:

Committed to promoting and ensuring good behaviour and a calm atmosphere, confident dealing with any misbehaviour that may occur in accordance with the school's behaviour policy, able to address issues calmly and politely and in doing so be a positive role model to the children.  Committed to working in partnership with colleagues, other professionals and families.
