0-18 Family First Case Manager

Family First is a family support service working with families who have multiple/complex needs. This is a growing team who are looking for experienced and motivated Case Managers.
You will assess, support and review the needs of children within Knowsley via a whole family Early Help Assessment, formulate a Family Plan, deliver and co-ordinate appropriate interventions.
You will hold a nationally recognised professional qualification relevant to the service that includes accredited knowledge of children and young people’s development (e.g. Youth Work, Social Work, Teaching) or equivalent experience.
