Family First is a family support service working with families who have multiple/complex needs. This is a growing team who are looking for experienced and motivated Case Managers. 

You will assess, support and review the needs of children within Knowsley via a whole family Early Help Assessment, formulate a Family Plan, deliver and co-ordinate appropriate interventions.

You will hold a nationally recognised professional qualification relevant to the service that includes accredited knowledge of children and young people’s development (e.g. Youth Work, Social Work, Teaching) or equivalent experience. 

At Knowsley Council we will consider requests for flexible working.  For most roles, the following types of flexibility are usually possible: flexible hours, working from home, compressed hours, part-time.
