Quality Manager

We are looking for an energetic and high performing individual who has experience and passion for adult education. We are a high quality fast paced adult community learning service delivering a vital service to enable our residents to gain confidence, qualifications and ultimately employment. Based at Sefton Community Learning Hub in Seaforth, this role would be ideal for someone looking to make their mark on the service using initiative and drive to push on the service’s improvement. We have an excellent group of tutors, support staff and operate from a variety of other sites including libraries and Community Centre’s.

This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an energetic and dynamic team ensuring the efficient management of the Ofsted framework and the curriculum.

Using your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills you will work with our friendly and dedicated team to provide a professional support service to staff and learners.

Flexible working hours will be required as our venues are open in the evenings
