The Role

  • As a Driver your role will include the transportation of vulnerable clients in minibuses from home addresses to city wide day service locations
  • Use of tail lift equipment as necessary
  • Drivers will be expected to do daily checks on vehicles
  • You will be employed at the Fleet & Transport Department based at Newton Road
  • Your contractual hours will a permanent, part time 24.5-hour split-shift, working flexibly in the mornings from 7.30am to 10.45am and in the afternoons from 2.30–3.00pm to 4.45–5.15pm depending on the allocated route and flexibility to suit the service area needs
