The Role:
- Liverpool City Council’s Lifestyles Leisure Services is undergoing a dynamic transformation, and as part of this programme, we are embarking on the creation of an exciting new management structure. This includes the creation of three key new roles, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Sports & Recreation services. Looking to build a forward-thinking team, we are seeking individuals with significant experience to bring their expertise and creativity to the table. - We are recruiting a dynamic and experienced Commercial & Customer Experience Manager to join our Sport & Recreation Management Team. In this key leadership role, you will develop and implement strategies to raise the profile, membership, and income-generating opportunities for our services. With a focus on innovative trends in the leisure industry, you will drive commercial growth while continuously improving service performance. Responsibilities include identifying new markets, conducting market research, delivering commercial solutions, and preparing performance reports on service usage and income
- You will lead and motivate teams and departments to meet targets, build strong partnerships with external agencies, manage budgets, seek funding opportunities, and support the implementation of corporate and community strategies to ensure efficient resource use and financial success.
