Recruitment Officer
About the role
The Recruitment Officer will be an integral part of the Recruitment and Talent Hub and will have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing a high quality, customer focused recruitment service to both prospective employees as well as our recruiting managers.
You will work with managers to provide advice and guidance on all resourcing related activities and utilise systems and data to ensure that we continue to assess our processes to improve the service we provide.
The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and proactive approach and understand the impact of how our engagement and recruitment processes impact on the candidates’ experience to promote Liverpool City Region Combined Authority as a great place to work.
You must be able to work collaboratively within a team and have the ability to build effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
