Assistant Team Manager
MySpace, Sefton Council’s Child Exploitation and Missing Service is looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join the team as an Assistant Team Manager.
MySpace is part of Sefton Council’s Children’s Services, and we are looking for a candidate who is a qualified Social Worker, ideally with some leadership experience. You will support a team to deliver high quality services to children who go missing and children who are at risk of, or who experience exploitation.
You will work closely with partners and provide support for the wider team. You will lead collaborative meetings with children, families and the team around the child to create solutions to ensure the child’s safety.
We focus on our team’s performance, and you will support the Team Manager and Service Manager in continually developing practice and performance
